On the subject of partner tool collaboration, we will build a collaboration environment for CARLA, CarSim, and Vissim.
CarSim reproduced the target vehicle for control development, and Vissim reproduced the surrounding vehicles as traffic flow.
By linking to CARLA, the sensors and segmentation of CARLA functions can be used, making them useful for simulation of various applications.
Since all of the tools in this project are capable of importing OpenDRIVE format, they use common road data by utilizing Atlatec’s road data.
